LoreSign takes a PDF, lets you place fields on it, sends a signing link to the people you name, and returns a signed copy with an audit trail attached. Some plans also draft documents and summarise them using an AI model.

AI output is a draft written by a machine that has not read your situation. Read it before you send it, because you are the one whose name goes on the document.

You sign in with Google, so your LoreSign account is only as secure as the Google account behind it. Anyone who can open your Google account can send documents in your name, and we have no way to tell the difference. Keep it locked down, and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has been in it.

One person per account. Do not share a login with your team; add them to your plan instead.

Do not use LoreSign to:

• send a document to someone who has not agreed to hear from you
• impersonate another person or company, or forge their signature
• upload anything you do not have the right to distribute
• upload malware, or a PDF built to attack whoever opens it
• break the law of the country you or your signers are in

Reason for the first one in particular: signing links come from our sending domain, so a batch of unwanted mail gets our domain blocked and every other customer's documents start landing in spam. That is the one misuse that damages people who did nothing wrong, and we act on it fastest.

You keep every right you had in what you upload. We take the narrow permission needed to run the service on it: store it, render it, put your fields on it, email it to the people you named, and keep the signed copy available to you. We do not read your documents for any other purpose, and we do not use them to train an AI model.

LoreSign records a signature and the evidence around it: who opened the document, from which IP address, in which browser, and when, hashed into a chain that shows whether it has been altered. That evidence is what makes a signature defensible.

What we do not do is tell you whether a given document is legally binding where you are. Some documents are not valid unless they are signed on paper, witnessed, or registered, and which ones varies by country and by document type. Nothing on this site is legal advice. If it matters, ask a lawyer before you send it, not after somebody disputes it.

Billing. Paid plans renew automatically for the period you chose until you cancel. Dodo Payments takes the payment and issues the invoice.

Cancelling. Cancel whenever you like from your billing settings. The plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then stops renewing.

Refunds. There are none. Payments are final, including a partial period after you cancel and a period you paid for but did not use.

Reason: sending a document is not a thing that can be returned. The link has gone out, the recipient has read it, and their signature and audit trail are already in your account. Since you can cancel before any renewal and keep the rest of the period you paid for, a refund would only ever cover time you chose to buy and then chose not to use.

If we billed you for something you did not buy, that is a mistake rather than a refund. Write to [email protected] and we will correct it.

We do not promise a particular uptime figure, and we would rather say so than publish one we cannot hold to. We take the service down for maintenance when it needs it, and outages happen. Plan around it for anything with a hard deadline: send it early, and do not leave a contract that expires today to a link sent this afternoon.

You can close your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We remove it and its documents within 30 days, on the terms in the privacy policy.

We can suspend an account that is breaking the rules above, and we will say why. Where the breach is causing damage to other customers, such as bulk unwanted mail from our sending domain, we suspend first and explain afterwards, because the harm lands while an email thread is still open.

Documents already signed stay verifiable through their public verification link after an account closes, since the whole point of an audit trail is that it outlives the account that produced it.

The service comes as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for any particular purpose of yours.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or any indirect loss. Where we are liable, the total is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, which for a free account is nothing. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as our own fraud.

We update this page when the service changes, and the date at the top moves with it. A change that reduces what you get, or adds an obligation, gets an email to account holders at least 14 days before it applies, so you have time to cancel instead of finding out afterwards.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
