Write to us and a person writes back
There is no ticket queue, no phone tree and no contact form that disappears into a mailbox nobody opens. One address reaches the small team that builds LoreSign.
We answer on working days, usually within one. If your message is about a specific document, include its name, the email address you sent it to, and the link to the document if you have it. The link carries the document id, which is how we find the exact one and read its history.
Most questions are already answered further down this page.
What people write about
- A document is stuck
- A signer never got the link, a field will not save, or the completed PDF looks wrong. Send the link to the document and we will read its history.
- Billing and plans
- Upgrades, cancellations, invoices, or a payment that went through without the plan changing. Write from the address on the account.
- Security and privacy
- Report a vulnerability, ask where data is held, or ask for an account and everything in it to be deleted.
- Partnerships and press
- Integrations, reselling, affiliates, or a question about the product for something you are writing.

Getting started
Upload a PDF, place the fields each person has to fill, and send one secure link per recipient. You can follow who has opened and signed it, and download the sealed document with its certificate of completion once everyone is done.
From the dashboard choose New document, upload a PDF, add your recipients in the order they should sign, drag the fields onto the page and assign each one to a person, then send. Every recipient gets their own link by email.
No. Recipients open the link, fill their fields and sign in the browser. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
Yes. The free tool at Sign a PDF Online takes a PDF, lets you sign it and hands it straight back. Those files are held for seven days and then deleted, and they carry no audit trail, so send a document properly when you need proof of who signed.
With Google, or with your email address: we send a short code and you type it back. There is no password to set or lose, and signing up and signing in are the same action.
Any current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, on desktop, tablet or phone. Signing works with a finger on a touch screen as well as with a mouse.
Signing
Yes, and you set the order. Add each recipient, give them their own fields, and each person gets their link when their turn comes.
They type their name in one of eight handwriting faces, or draw it with a finger or a mouse. Either way the signature is stamped into the final PDF at the position you placed the field.
Ask them to check spam and any filtered folder first. From the document you can resend the invitation, and you can copy their signing link and pass it on yourself if their mail server is the problem. The activity list shows whether the invitation was accepted for delivery.
Each link belongs to one recipient and stops working once the document is completed, cancelled or past its expiry date. Ask the sender to check the status, and if it has expired they can send a fresh copy.
Reminders go out automatically on the interval set for the document, up to a cap, and stop the moment that person signs or the document closes. You can also send one yourself from the document.
Not in place, because the copy people are signing has to stay fixed. Cancel it, fix the file or the fields, and send it again. Anyone previously emailed about the document is told that it was cancelled.
The PDF is sealed and a certificate of completion is attached listing every event, actor, IP address and time. Everyone on the document gets a copy by email, and you can download it from the document whenever you like.
Yes. A recipient can cancel the document for everyone. The sender receives a decline email naming that recipient and showing their reason; the document itself and every unsigned signer are marked Cancelled.
Documents
PDF, up to 20 MB. If you have a Word or Pages file, export it to PDF first, which also fixes the layout so it looks the same for every signer.
Signature, initials, name, date, text and checkbox. Every field belongs to one recipient, and the required ones have to be filled before that person can finish.
Save it as a template. The wording comes back, and everything you had filled in becomes a field you can change, so a name used in six clauses is edited once. Templates start on Starter: three there, unlimited on Pro and Business.
Yes. Set an expiry when you send and the links stop working once it passes. Reminders wind down as the date approaches rather than running past it.
It sits in the bin for 14 days and can be restored from there. After 14 days a daily sweep removes the record and the stored PDF, and that removal cannot be undone.
Every completed document carries a verification code. Enter it on the Verify page and you get the document, its signers and whether the audit chain is intact. Anyone can do that without an account.
That means the stored record no longer hashes to the same chain, which should not happen on its own. Send us the verification code straight away, and do not rely on that document until we have looked at it.

The free plan stamps a small LoreSign mark on completed documents. Any paid plan removes it, including on a document sent while you were still on free but completed after you upgrade.
Yes, on Pro and Business. A brand kit sets the logo and accent colour that recipients see on the signing page and in the emails. Pro holds five kits, Business is unlimited.
It drafts a contract from a short description, which you then edit in the built-in editor before sending. It is a starting point written by a machine and not legal advice, so read it before it goes anywhere.
Plans and billing
Three documents a month, 3 signers on each, the full audit trail and the certificate of completion. Completed PDFs carry a small watermark.
Starter is $5 a month for 5 documents and up to 3 signers per document. Pro is $19 for 20 documents and up to 10 signers. Business is $79 for 300 documents, up to 50 signers and three seats, with extra seats at $10 each.
One document sent for signature counts once whether one person or several people sign it, up to your plan’s per-document signer limit. Drafts, templates and anything you delete before sending do not count. The count resets on your renewal date rather than on the first of the month.
Documents already sent keep working and can still be signed and completed. Upgrading takes effect immediately, and the new allowance is there as soon as the payment clears.
A payment reaches us through the payment provider, and that hand-off is the one place this can stall. Do not pay again. Send us the email address on the account and the receipt from Dodo Payments, and we will put the plan right, usually within a few hours.

Send us the receipt and the last four digits of the card. We trace it against the subscription ledger and refund whatever should not have been taken.

Billing in the app handles upgrades, downgrades and cancellation. Cancelling leaves the plan running to the end of the period you have already paid for and then drops the account to free. Nothing is deleted when it does.
Every payment has an invoice on the Billing page and each one downloads as a PDF. If an invoice needs a company name or a tax number on it, write to us before the next renewal.
Security and privacy
Electronic signatures are recognised in many jurisdictions, and every completed document carries a hash-chained audit trail with the time, IP address and browser of each signer. Whether a particular document meets a particular requirement is a question for the rules that apply to you, so check them for anything consequential.
Created, sent, viewed, signed and completed, each with the email address, IP address, browser and time. Every entry is hashed together with the one before it, so an altered or missing entry breaks the chain and the verification page says so.
Yes, under Security in Settings. Once it is on, signing in asks for a code from your authenticator app after Google or the email code.
For as long as the account exists and you have not deleted them. Deleted documents leave the bin after 14 days, files from the free public tool go after seven days, and email delivery records are kept for 90 days.
You, the recipients you send to, and anyone you add to a Business team. Every query runs inside a per-account boundary in the database, so one account cannot read another one by mistake.
Write to us from the address on the account and say so plainly. We remove the account, the documents, the stored PDFs and the saved signatures. Completed documents other people have already downloaded are theirs and sit outside anything we can reach.

Tell us before you tell anyone else, with enough detail to reproduce it. Security reports are read the day they arrive, and we will tell you what we found and when it is fixed.

Account and team
The address is the identity the account is keyed on, so we move it for you rather than letting it be edited in place. Write from the current address and tell us the new one.

Business includes three seats and extra seats are 10 dollars a month each. Everyone signs in as themselves, so the audit trail records the person who actually sent or signed rather than a shared login.
Yes. Settings holds your default signature face, the defaults new documents start with, and which emails we send you.
If the email code has not arrived, check spam and ask for one more, since each new code cancels the one before it. If Google refuses, it is usually a browser already signed into a different Google account. If it is neither, write to us with the address you are trying and we will look at the account itself.

Write to us. Say what you did, what you expected and what happened instead, and paste the link to the document if there is one. The link carries its id, which is how we find the exact document and read its history.
