No. Sign in with Google and you are on the free plan: three documents a month, 3 signers per document, a certificate of completion and a public verification page. There is nothing to cancel later, because nothing renews.
The new plan starts straight away. Dodo Payments works out the unused part of what you already paid and charges only the difference for the rest of the period, on the card you saved. Your next renewal is then at the new price.
The change is scheduled for your next billing date. You keep the plan you paid for until then, and the new one starts when the old one would have renewed. We do it this way so a downgrade never needs a refund.
No. Payments are final, including a partial month after you cancel and a month you paid for but did not use. Sending a document cannot be undone: the link has gone out, it has been read, and the signature and audit trail are already in your account. If we billed you for something you did not buy, that is a mistake rather than a refund, and we will correct it. Write to [email protected].
From your billing page, with one button. The plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account drops to free. You can undo the cancellation from the same page any time before that date.
Every month on the day you signed up, for every plan. Changing plan does not restart the count: if you have used 3 of 3 on free and upgrade to Pro, you have 3 of 20 used and 17 left until your next reset.
Everything already signed stays in your account, and every verification link keeps working. What changes is what you can do next: the free allowance of three documents a month, 3 signers per document, and the watermark on new signed PDFs. Features like templates, brand kits and AI summaries are only available on the plans that include them.
Those plans include one draft, once, to try the writing. It does not come back each month. Pro and Business include a monthly allowance of drafts and summaries, which is the main reason to pick one of them if you draft as often as you sign.
On Business only. The plan includes 3 users, and each additional user is $10 a month on top. One account holds the documents, templates and brand kits, and everyone you invite works from it instead of from their own login. On the other plans, one person per account.
Prices are in US dollars, billed monthly. Dodo Payments takes the payment and issues the invoice, so we never see or store your card. Invoices are in the billing portal, which opens from your billing page.
